Landscape Design
All great landscapes begin with great design ...
At Craig's Coastal Landscaping our dedicated and experienced team of landscape designers have the knowledge and artistic flair to resolve even the most difficult sites.
Our comprehensive landscape design process starts with an on-site consultation with one of our designers. All of the relevant checks are undertaken with council before we visit the site so that we can realistically discuss the potential for your site to become an amazing landscape.
Every project varies
The following is a guide to the steps involved in the development of your landscape design
-
Concept plan
An overall plan of the garden which can include plan views, elevations and 3D drawings, images of the key landscape design elements, samples of materials, and recommended plant species provide clients with a clear and precise image of the new garden. A preliminary costing for the installation of your garden can also be provided at this stage, and once approved a contract for installation will be provided along with a start date.
-
Complying developments and development applications
CCLS can manage this whole process for you including the preparation of the necessary plans and documentation for your submission. Alternatively, we can work with your Architect if the project is larger and involves the house as well.
-
Construction documentation
This is the preparation of detailed drawings for the construction of your project which are paramount to provide clarity and ensure the level of finish synonymous with our projects. This includes detailed drawings and specifications for all key construction components such as swimming pools, decks and pergolas, outdoor kitchens as well as lighting plans, planting plans and a complete schedule of finishes.
- Construction quote
When drawings are complete, a final construction quote is prepared for the installation of your new garden.
